                        Provided supervision to the CAD Department including a staff of
                        four technical personnel.

                        Prepared over $4 million of budgets for the City’s Public
                        Works operations and capital projects. Developed a Capital
                        Improvement Program for the Public Works Department.

                        cemetery, landfill and engineering departments.

                        and monitored construction of more than five million dollars
