ICV Phase I (Mascoma Corp)
This site plan was for a 5 story, 56,000 square foot office
building. Site grades
prevented surface parking, so a parking garage was created. Again, site
grades
did not allow for a typical detention pond, so a piped detention system was
installed under the lower garage level.
